Love the luau pics! You'd have fit in well at the surprise party Nina threw for me... lots of tropical print shirts, luau decorations... but a definite lack of pineapple!

Of course, I wear tropical print shirts most Sundays, too. I've said it before: I'm trying to make my wardrobe fit somewhere between Rick Warren and "Weird Al" Yankovic!

Yeah Tim...Warren is one tacky dressed Pastor. Somebody needs to get him a Purpose Driven Wardrobe.

Tacky? Smile when you say (er, type) that, bub!

I can only hope that you're referring to the "Tacky the Penguin" series by Helen Lester. All about an awkward, clumsy, untidy penguin in a land full of proper, graceful, and uber-tidy penguins. They all end with something like, "Tacky was an odd bird, but a good bird to have around."

That's ME!
