I love this song by Sara Groves...
Morning by morning I wake up to findTom Fettke called Sheryl today to schedule her for a vocal session tomorrow. This is the song he wants her to do... a sweet reminder of God's guidance in our lives right now and reminding us that we're doing the right thing. Not only getting the gig, but singing these words? Coincidence? I don't think so. :)
the power and comfort of God's hand in mine.
Season by season I watch him amazed,
in awe of the mystery of his perfect ways
All I have need of his hand will provide.
He's always been faithful to me
I can't remember a trial or a pain
he did not recycle to bring me gain.
I can't remember one single regret
in serving God only and trusting his hand
All I have need of his hand will provide.
He's always been faithful to me
This is my anthem, this is my song,
the theme of the stories I've heard for so long.
God has been faithful, he will be again.
His loving compassion, it knows no end.
All I have need of his hand will provide.
He's always been faithful to me

Brandon, I am so glad to hear that things are falling into place for you all with all of the changes you have made. Those were huge steps of faith -- and it's difficult to make life changing decisions. Sometimes I think that actually making the decision is the hard part, God provides the rest. I love you guys, Take care, Julie Boyd
Those lyrics pretty much sum up my life the past couple of years, what a blessing. Thanks for sharing, man!
I love, love, LOVE that song for so many reasons.
Please pray for Sara Groves extended family, her Uncle Fred (medical missionary) and cousin Meghan and (Meghan's husband) Tom are currently secured in the U S Embassy in Chad which is under Rebel attack. They are hoping to be evacuated tonight, keep them and Sara in prayer.
