Spring Program!

This week was Spring Program for Otter Creek Pre-School. Sam had two programs because he is in two different classes (one MWF and one T-TH). Sheryl and Sarah also led their class in their portion of the program. The theme was nursery rhymes and it was very cute.

Here are some pictures...

Sheryl with her 2's class.

The kids were actually supposed to be singing here. :)

Sheryl and Sarah's 2's class. (the boy on the right is Eli Sanderson...Murray Sanderson's son)

Evy Tate Williamson stole the show with her hip hop rendition of "Jack and Jill"

Evy Tate singin' "Oh yeeeaaahhhh"

Brax Belville is on the left. In the middle is Murray and Jaime Sanderson's beautiful daughter, Faith.

Sam's class with Miss Anna did a great job!

Charity Rubio...daughter of David and Becky. I would be absolutely fine with Sam growing up and marrying her. What a cutie! And...she is as sweet as she is cute.

This is Sam's other class with Miss Amanda

The boy standing next to Sam is Jackson Hiett. Jackson's dad and I were roommates in 1997 back before we each got married. Jeremy's wife, Hailey, is also an old friend. Sheryl and I love them dearly. It was so fun to see Sam and Jackson up there together!

Here are some video clips...one of Sam's class and one of the group. Sam's class did a song from our children's record ("I Want to Shine") that we did with TJ McCloud. There are actually two different CDs and they are available on Amazon if you're interested...see the links to the right or click one this link. http://www.parable.com/parable/item.Playground-I-Want-to-Shine-CD-TJ-McCloud.0631955400289.htm I absolutely love this song.

It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

I've always loved Christmas...the songs, the decorations, the smells, the excitement! Our kids are at that perfect age for enjoying this holiday. It's so fun to watch them. We took a trip to Macy's last weekend so they could mail their letters to Santa. I love seeing the excitement in their eyes!

Sam had his school Christmas program and party today. It was so fun! He did a great job. He is the one on the back row in the plaid shirt below... (and the girl in front of him in green is Murray Sanderson's daughter!)

Santa and Mrs Claus stopped by Sam's class after the program.

Sam and his buddy Max

Love this smile!

This cracks me up because Sam is obviously so proud of his triangle playing skills!

Love it!

A Day of Music

This morning we went to see Sam's Spring program at his pre-school. It was kind of bizzare-o because it was like 30 degrees outside. As usual, it was super cute. The girls were out of school today for Spring Break so they got to go. Sam felt very special because we were all there to cheer him on.

After the morning program, we had a full day of rehearsals at the studio. The Infinity cast ran "Celebrate the World" and the Broadway show. They're doing really well.

Sam and his school mates sing "This is the Day". Sam is clearly clap-challenged.

Here are some clips from the Infinity cast's run of "Celebrate the World"...

After the run of "Celebrate the World" the Infinity cast did a run of the Broadway show...

Laura sings "42nd Street"

Aaron sings "Maria"

At the end of the day the Norwegian Cruise Line's Spirit cast did a rough run-through of what they've learned so far for their show called "On the Radio". I love this cast too! It's been a pleasure to work with all of them.

The cast of the NCL Spirit...Jalynn rocks it out

"Heat Wave"

It was a long week. We've got several more coming. BUT-it's such a blessing to work with such talented and sweet people.

I pray that all of you ahve a restful and happy weekend! I sure plan to. :)
