50 years ago today...it was
also Thanksgiving Day. Mt father and his sister and other family members began
cooking early that morning a Thanksgiving feast for my mom and dad's wedding
party. They shared lunch with their friends and then my parents were married
later that day. I am very grateful that my parents married 50 years ago today.
Although we miss my father very much, we celebrate the wonderful life-filled
years of love and laughter than they leave us as a legacy. Happy 50th, Mom!
